S&P changes rating to “BBB-” from “BBB”, outlook stable

Italcementi informs that the rating agency Standard and Poor's changed the long term counterparty rating from BBB to BBBwhile short term rating is affirmed A-3.
The outlook is stable from negative.
Also the rating of the subsidiary Ciments Français has been changed from BBB/A-3 to BBB-/A-3. The outlook is stable (from negative).
